'Climate Change Disinformation and How to Combat It', published in Annual Review of Public Health, is a great read.

1. Provide information that explains why climate change occurs;
2. Highlight the scientific consensus;
3. Culturally align your message;
4. Debunking can help but inoculation BEFORE your encounter is the best way to 'defang' climate disinformation
