Trumpty was so stupid he thought he could nuke a country that bordered China and Russia and fool those countries by lying about who nuked them. Match this with his wanting to nuke hurricanes. He really wanted to use his nukes. It's a wonder Kelly and his military advisors were able to get the country through the 4 years without Trumpty triggering a nuclear armageddon. It was common knowledge that Trumpty was a worldclass dumbass so I blame the Trumpscum for putting the country in danger.
