I was thinking it was an insurance fund that was out of money, but as you say, it's a charitable institution. Regeneron offers information on "independent charitable institutions" that can help with copay. I wonder if it funds them. If so, the regular exhaustion of funds would provide information on the elasticity of demand in those getting aid. Hopefully that's not deliberate. It would cause many protests if it were.

They're expecting to report Phase 3 three results for Dupixent in COPD H1, and to submit Libtayo with chemo to the EC in the same period. They also plan to start a bunch of combination trials with Libtayo this year.
