Forgot to mention an important fact it cleans your brain enhancing the the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) cleaning and your backbone cavities.

CSF — a clear fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. CSF has three crucial functions:

It acts as a "shock absorber" for the brain and spinal cord;It acts as a vehicle for delivering nutrients to the brain and removing waste; andIt flows between the cranium and spine to regulate changes in pressure within the brain. The average adult produces about one pint of CSF daily. When an injury or illness alters the circulation of CSF, one or more of the ventricles becomes enlarged as CSF accumulates. In an adult, the skull is rigid and cannot expand, so the pressure in the brain may increase profoundly.

<<There are many strains of Hibiscus and it is important to buy the one that fits you best.>>

The Khartoum version of Hibiscus tea was good enough for the Dervish Hademdowah Warriors, kept them in good trim, so I expect it's good enough for me :-)

I have a small stainless steel strainer I put the leaves in, and pour the water, just off the boil through them into a large cup. .

No sugar or anything. Delicious. Not sweet, but with a floral taste.

I think your right about the diet assistance and other healthful aspects about the Hibiscus tea. Although I am not yet as trim as the guys in the picture as yet -g-

I have a sister working in the Sudan, she really likes the country. Not normally a place I would visit though.
