Judging by what is going on in Ukraine, her “expertise” leaves a lot to be desired. Putin invaded with a small force, expecting Ukraine to go back to Minsk and settle - and not put up a big war. The West expected the drunk incompetent Russia to fall apart. So far, both sides were wrong. And Nuland is in the very center of all that bloody wrongness. She’s now a Deputy Secretary of State. Should run for president.
