I've done some digging on Mr. Schleufer who was elected to Tava's

board at the SHM. The press release reads "Mr. Schleufer has been
associated with Enterprise/IndeNet since 1986,presently serving as

director of IndeNet, Inc. and Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise

Systems Group, Inc. Enterprise Systems Group is a leading world-wide

supplier of broadcast software."

IndeNet, Inc. (NASDAQ NMS: INDE) is a media services company that

serves advertisers and television programmers as well as television

stations, cable systems and other television distributors with

integrated services, equipment and software through ...

And then there's Enterprise Systems Group which appears to be

internet related.

Anyone: What facet of Mr. Schleufer's experience is Jenkins
interested in?

I do not know the margin in this business but would guess that it is fairly high in that the product is already made. If its 33% that still means a $37 stock in 2001.

The margins are currently negative. The core business is a service business which usually have very low margins. Sure, the CD could have very high margins, but you can't assume that sales of their Y2K compliance CD will grow in perpetuity. If fact, since sales are sure to go away eventually, these earnings only deserve a P/E of 1. This is the approach that Red Chip took in their valuation analysis.
