Yes, delayed to help prevent more Russian aggression and buildup their forces to stop an invading army, like the one that invaded Crimea. Anyone who thinks Ukraine or the UN were a threat to Russian sovereignty is simply wrong and buying into the notion that any perceived threat Putin dreams up in his head, is good enough justification to invade another country. With that mindset it’s all about Putin, the world doesn’t work that way beyond the walls of the Kremlin. It’s USSR all over again. No wonder so many nations are supporting Ukraine.
