Problem is, the discussion at times seemed to suck up all the air in the room. And at times, like today, it’s devolved into acrimony and name calling.

Win, It has nothing to do with a subject that cannot be discussed here. Everyone realizes this is a very important topic. But there is nothing "professional" regarding the discussion of this topic lately. It has devolved into name calling and bickering, day after day. This post I am responding to, you have joined the name calling with "snowflakes" and "wimps" for those that possibly want the back and forth bickering and name calling to end. I agree, a vote should/could be taken, maybe D. Long could set up a poll
