Arnie, Yes I do understand that but not being educated in the legal arena I am in the dark. Then factor in TIME it becomes difficult. I really don't think seeing those records would shine any different light on what we are dealing with here. As a side line I went to BK court in downtown LA yesterday as I posted the address to all. Well over a year ago the case was moved to the Woodland Hills office. So without breaking any speed laws (HA!) I made it with about two minutes to spare. The point is, as most of us see it, is why the price is where it is and will stay there until something changes. Larry PS, hearing all the other cases while waiting for TMm is giving me a night school education. :-)
