Re: Older Folk Portfolio ... Sell Today OCSL announced a 3 for 1 reverse split. Reverse splits for me are a red flag and I decided to liquidate the position with a small profit. The position was up 1.89% not counting the dividends which have been received since the position was purchased. I have not put the proceeds from that sale back to work yet, I will do that next week as earnings season gets into full swing. My thinking at this point is that I will take an income hit because OCSL had a 10.32% yield and I don't want to put the full amount of cash back into another 10%+ asset, some of it yes, but not all of it.
