This personal back and forth bickering is getting us nowhere. All of the due diligence I have done indicates to me that this is NOT a scam--i.e, that a real deal may emerge to create a valuable company. Mr. Raabe is indeed an experienced securities attorney, and he did help keep Quality Products afloat until a new team could come in. More importantly, Mr. Holcombe of Next Level is a veteran apparel industry executive, with years at Woolrich and Rockport in very senior management positions; he has been quoted many times over the years in trade publications such as Sportstyle and Women's Wear Daily. I'm not saying that I know the proper price for the stock, or whether this business concept will ultimately be profitable. What I am saying is that I am convinced that there are legitimate businessmen here contemplating a serious transaction.
