To say you don't point any gun at anyone including toy guns, is an idiotic statement.

Obviously anyone that is handling a weapon that can kill someone, needs to take it seriously and double check the weapon before use, unless of course your in a life threatening situation. When you pull the trigger, you are responsible for your actions.

Yes. I live in a community, where everyone hunts and fishes. When you pick up a gun, the first thing you do is check the chamber, and the safety. Every time. Never, never, never assume it is unloaded. Never take anyone else’s word for it. You are responsible, when you hold a gun. Nobody else.
