Yes it is all very interesting how PRC is labeled Communist.. of course no longer true.. or they would be no threat :0) Mainland issue to me is how to maintain political power structure .. I said long ago on the old board that China would/needed to become more democratic.. I think this year has shown that.. of course there are no chad issues LOL .. but grass root democracy seems to be making inroads .. I also said and still believe that China will never be a Western style democracy.. that is not maybe a bad thing.. looking at many western 'democracies'

and I still think there will be a one day one China without war.. The war angle mostly benefits US election years
