James,
These fluctuations do not phase those that have the foresight to see what is being accomplished. If I were to say that the next few phases are all part of the master plan it would only lead to an overflow of speculation. Those that haven't gotten the idea of what is happening will soon fit the pieces together and if they would just have the patience they WILL be rewarded.

I recently read an article about how large traders will act if they want to accumulate shares in a thinly traded company. They will buy a little then sell more and repeat this process for a few days to drive the price down and then come in and buy at a lower price. They will not go in a straight line with buying and drive the price up. All kinds of things happen with buying and selling stock. I believe also that some small traders may have bought on margin expecting a big move and then were forced to sell to cover. I know this stock is not marginable, but they could have margined other stock with the same effect.
