It won't hit 120 today. It will get hit for a few points tomorrow.
It will probably go to 150, then you can short, when the institutions start downgrading the stock at 150.

AOL cannot sustain the high for the day,
the short squeeze is very likely over
and the analysts will start downgrading the stock
based on its overbought condition.

AOL had no comment on the recent rise in price.
