Captain,

If the reg-s was shorted there is nothing anyone can do about it.
A reverse split now after the 50-75% thrashing that has just taken
place will put this out of the money for some time in my opinion.Also there is no way of estimating the split ratio.That's something the
the company decides and then if they don't have inside approval, put
it out to the shareholders for a vote. If that issue is ever raised
at these price levels I'll opt for the exit-if it gets back to my in
point before a split I'll re-evaluate. Regards,p.b.
