What's the matter Pugs? Afraid of what the truthful answer to those simple questions might be? If what you say were so, and the 8K been accepted by the SEC as meeting what they asked for, this stock would have been trading long ago. Your baloney that the company wants the halt not withstanding. Despite all of your misleading posts, after more than 50 days - no bid/no ask. Why? Not because that's what Morgan and Breton want but because no Broker/dealer wants to risk losing their business by posting one and violate the warning attached to that Stop Trading Order which you so conveniently choose to ignore. The actual order may have expired after 10 days but not the mechanisim which keeps the lid on trading RMIL.

The smell of decaying flesh is starting to reach the market place.
