Hi Jim:

The question of the relationship between CVUS and CT&T
keeps coming up on the Yahoo thread. I think it is
vital that we should get a clear explanation from Shant
Hovnanian describing clearly the licensing agreement
existing between CVUS and CT&T. Also, the commitment
of $2M of CVUS funds to honor a CT&T equipment service
contract at the end of December looked extremely suspicious.
I think that some of us should press Shant Hovnanian on
this issue at the next Conference Call, which should take
place within the next 2 or 3 weeks (although we are still
waiting for an announcement of the date of the next earnings
report).

My impression from listening to Shant's last CC was that
he is the kind of guy you should always keep an eye on
to make sure he is not shortchanging his shareholders.
May be it was just some bad vibes, but I was rather
unimpressed.

Regards,

Bernard Levy
