Dear timbo: When we leave we all leave together.In my lifetime,I was in oil&gas and we hit the largest single producing well in Marion county, called seiter(can't remember the spelling} 1A(all my fellow Ohioans that is your homework to look up and report to the board on the number of barrels produced),and we all left together.In the mid to late '80's we hit the mother lode in real estate and we all left together.I aim to do the same with you(my shareholders) only the flippers get left behind. as the motto says "Always Faithful"
