My biggest mistakes in 2022 were the 2 times I made position trades while I was half asleep. Call them "knee jerk reactions". Both times I had the proper positions in place for the next swing trade and I let the pre-market action shake me loose. I recognized this by the second time and have put a mental "stop" in place to prevent this from happening in the future...or at least I hope to be able to recognize that "half asleep" is the worst way to look at the market and your positioning.
