Last time I checked many of those names you mentioned are Fabless (ie no manufacturing). Just saying. You can only outsource so much so wait in line. A GREAT Value buy if I can buy some more shares at/below $26.50/share

INTC

Indeed, margins show a very worrying trend:

That together with falling revenue makes for a pretty horrid combination.

However, stock price has fallen a lot too.
I don't know anything about the specifics of Intel's competitive position.

However, as long as they keep anything resembling historical margins, and/or as long as revenue doesn't fall of a cliff very quickly, the valuation strikes me as low. Also, the staggering speed of above margin deterioration is hardly "sustainable" – co.'s don't go extinct that quickly; at least not after a David–Goliath fight where the underdog has slowly taken market share – ChatGPT doesn't take over Google overnight, e.g.

I think it's too early to cry "wolf" yet.

I've made a little short term bet that INTC won't go away anytime soon, and that sooner or later we'll see some signs of something at least resembling an improvement. Then the stock price will likely bounce back. (We might already be seeing that happen though, as it has risen from $25 (where I bought) to $30 (where I sold most of what I bought) in just a few weeks time. But still looks quite cheap to me.)
