The law suits have been settled with no material effect on the bottom line. The information that you quoted is old news. Read the thread. New customers and improved earnings are projected . This is still a "show me" company, but can be a turnaround play! Happy investing. Charlie

C.Silver is correct. Your reference to the MD&A comments in the 10-Q filing is misplaced; the info is already discounted in the stock -- & has been for sometime.

What's controlling the stock price right now is market assessment of the prospects of the Company to generate revenue going forward. First goal is to return the Company to profitability. Second is to lay a foundation upon which to grow a diversified revenue base.
