Robert, VC Kleiner Perkins (who put up the initial cash) and former Board Chair, Brooke Byers, are the only ones listed who were involved with the original company (Progenx in 1987). The others listed, (except for Larry Respess) came on board in 1992 or later. Usually, the later insiders come on board, the less stock that they get.
