He's using them on harmonic patterns B point. To judge the time to the D point. Probably an option trader.

Zero goes on the X and one goes on the B.

I did it two different ways on the GC chart. One set starting on the X with one right on the B point. One set with the one on the bar that exceeded the B point.

It should complete about 2/13

I ran the time fib on several past patterns, They are nowhere near exact, but I do now know why he is using 2 as the end time fib for completion. They all complete by the time the 2 is hit, so that gives one a time frame for what option expiry to buy.

This could be fun. <G>
