Selling 10% is precisely what I read at a Tax advisers homepage.
It was maybe a year ago, maybe I can find the link again.
This adviser gave maybe 8-10 reasons why CEO's should do this.
I was quite impressed with the adviser's reasons, he seemed very
Knowledable on this subject. The reasons given made complete sense
to me! If I find the site I will post it.
