K, Iam totally 100% with you. For the longest time, I've watched this Rob S. claim his knowledge about IDT (which by the way is way way way off) and pretend he knows his thing. Heck, I've even fooled him by playing on his selfesteem and the sad thing, he returned my posts thinking I was sincere (Review my posts and his responses). Without getting too personal with Mr. S, I would greatly appreciate it if he never shares his info about company specific news without doing his homework. I seriously doubt that he actaully talked to Brian about those yields and doubt that Brian actually confirmed them.

Rob S, PLS FEEL FREE TO SHARE YOUR OPINION ABOUT THE PROSPECTS OF THIS COMPANY BUT DO NOT MISINFORM ANYONE WITH COMPANY SPECIFICS NEWS. PLS.

"To buy and hold , or to trade , that is the question. " , Bill Shakespeare.

The current battle between K the Investor & RobS show the difficulty of trying to time a stock over the short run.

K is pointing out that Rob's recent timing predictions have been ( most likely )
wrong . Hopefully nobody has dumped all their shares at 12 1/2 waiting for the "eventual" fall back to 9 .

If I was going to trade this stock ( which I am not trying to do ) I would divide my shares into two camps . Long term hold & trading shares.
Ex. 2000 shares 1500 Long Term , 500 Trading shares.
If you think we have reached an inflection point , sell the trading shares & wait for the next re-entry point. Leaving the Long Term alone until a change in company or industry fundamentals merits a total re-assessment .

Trading a stock is always difficult because the really big moves to the upside always seem to come out of left field & the decision to re-enter may prove too difficult.

Trading ranges are never set in stone. Eventually a new trading range replaces the old one.

I think the actual quote is ,

"Me thinks Thou 'doth' protest too much. " William Shakespeare .
At least that is the line they used on Mary Tyler Moore.
