jp, Yes chapter 7 is remote but we need to understand our consequences in order to eliminate them. Better to know what the enemy is doing than be surprised. Now as far as the shareholders go we are becoming stronger by the minute. Over 16M strong and growing. That is something that opponents cannot deal with. The shareholders will not let this company go under. In my business I need to be prepared. I run my life that way. Others don't and would rather work on a principle of "Asking for forgiveness rather than permission". I don't think I saw where someone said the Judge was mad. Joe, with no disrespect to you, I have to say that Tom's comments to you carry no weight on this board unless and until they coincide with comments in a public news release with real, verifiable facts that have financial consequences that any reasonable investor can understand. He may be right, he may be wrong; but his method of communicating is inappropriate to say the least. The question you should have asked Tom is "Why don't you just issue press releases that express the facts about TMMI instead of using SI?" Shadowy games no longer work. Arnie
