Viper, the October 18th, 1991 ruling was a superior court NOT the SC court, and was effectively nullified by the prior and subsequent SC rulings. Suggest you continue with your DD. Dobarro comments refer to the Acuna admission - that is a fait accompli- the 'trial' is what is before the SC right now. If, Blunderberg is the only other source(s) of your DD, you are not doing very well. But by all means, stay happy. KRY today closed at new highs :) Best regards.
