They are actually trying to argue that anyone can bring murder charges against anyone else.
The reason why is because, if the government doesn't bring said mUrDeR cHaRgEs against Dr. Fauci, they will.

And they'll claim that the sheer "logic" of the Q grants them the authority, along with their willingness to form militias under the 2nd amendment.

They are no different than "sovereign citizens."
