The news about shipping 3D accelerator gaming cards was released back on Feb.10. That's old news. Today's action must be related to something other than that. Am anxiously awaiting new press release to confirm reason for jump.

LR, See my note on momentum investors and chart action above....I think that the 3DFX news was definitely worth a point +. Intel fired a "graphics" shot yesterday - and CREAF fired right back! Since CREAF is shipping earlier than anticipated, and the fact that CREAF is shipping news graphics chipsets at all (See my previous notes from a couple of weeks back expressing concern that TDFX may be capacity limited in its manufacturing capacity currently- apparently they have room for CREAF's orders!).
