If you look at the net money flow of the large block
transactions (between 10,000 and 1,000,000 shares) you can see
large block buying until noon then selling with the net flow of
large block money (read smart money) out for the day (~7M)

If WS really saw a turnaround story you could have seen more
buying.

Most of the buying appears to be small investors getting in and or
taking profits.

I would not be looking for a sustained breakout any time soon.
