Banziger, the President of Sungold Gaming International Ltd.("Sungold") reports: Richmond Downs Racetrack Update Sungold has been invited to make a formal presentation of the Richmond Downs Racetrack Proposal to the Richmond City Council's "Committee of the Whole," in March 1998 Richmond Downs Racetrack Proposal has received the endorsement of both the HBPA of British Columbia and the CTHS, BC Division. The CTHS endorsement was subsequently withdrawn in order to avoid any conflict of interest Richmond Downs is a World Class Racetrack Proposal which will include a 1 1/4 mile, 30m wide dirt track and a 7/8 mile, 30m wide inner turf oval.
