I love law suits. How much money do you think I need to lose to consider suiting?

Personally, I like other forms of retribution... err.. restitution (sorry, slip...) like prayer. Theirs.

Wouldn't be surprised if lawsuits are filed but your issue about year ago is a little late - not late in the sense of filing a lawsuit (don't know statute of limitations but may be more than 1 year) but in the sense that it would have been filed by now if the activity was 1 year ago. Usually, they are filed within a matter of weeks after the shortfall announcement.

You also have the issue that there was a little insider buying in Dec at prices around $5 - would work to prove didn't know of the shortfall in advance.
