Bill,
They didn't hint it, they stated the Covid vaccine prevents infection and transmission of the Covid virus. Multiple times. They even advertised it.
Prove it. Show me material that they were disseminating that blatantly exaggerated the effectiveness of the vaccine.

I suspect the only ones doing the exaggerations are you anti-vaxxers, all to justify your own campaigns of disinformation.
