I just saw that, Wharfie.

In theory, I think the vision is sound. Reducing our dependency on foreign energy through "renewable" technology is a good thing. Encouraging domestic silicon production is good, maybe even vital, for national security as well as cementing America's leadership in high-tech.

In practice, I'm more skeptical that the Brandon administration can pull it off. Hubris and wishful thinking is going to bring everything down. And then there is the basic truth that anything government puts its hands on will end up becoming "too big to fail."

Then there's that climate changey thingy, where we try and convince ourselves that we can single-handedly stop the climate from changing.

Gonna be interesting, to say the least.
