Good recitation of the company line, Mac. I guess this should officially be #1: anyone who dares to criticize is a Microsoft hater. Tossed in with antitrust line #2, IE4 (otherwise known as everything done to Windows since the retail launch) is just like disk defrag. Or maybe that's a subclause of antitrust line #1: Just like the Chrysler car radio. Presumably, the new add/delete thing will be part of IE4 too, which will lead to some sort of existential problem if the Judge tries to delete IE.

Cheers, Dan.
