Thoughts on finance.yahoo.com ? BTW up here the new immigrants are typically the hardest working folks .. Yes there are destitute refugees needing a hand .. but they never stay that way for long ... The alternative is for the original settlers to have more kids ... but that seems to promote welfare ;) EXCEPT among I will honestly say the conservative Jews it seems (My dentist of 30 years for example..) Lots of kids .. all well educated and on their own .. or my Family Doctor.. same deal... similar in Chinese and Italian communities.. Some are trades some are engineers some are entrepreneurs of other sorts .. but all three seem to have an incredibly low deadbeat ratio.. In Ontario so many gas stations/convenience stores and smaller hotels in the boonies are owned by South Asians (also big in transport) Immigration is actually one way the global pie is shared :)
