steve, with the devaluations and currency problems we've seen in the Asian emerging markets , do you or anyone else know of a quality international bond fund that has had a serious haircut? When Mexico devalued several years ago, it was a great time to buy emerging market debt. Some yields were over 20% and some folks made a lot of money while they enjoyed juicy yields when they eventually recovered. Many issues were backed up by the US or so called Brady bonds. Any input would be welcomed. Regards.
