Wind (jet stream) is blowing the wrong way. Only a "climate denier" would be unaware of that :-)..

Meanwhile, it's a little known historical fact that Japan balloon bombed the US and Canada in WWII. Several resulting casualties in Oregon. Interesting article giving details at the link..
