ARNIE: The answer to your question as to why, see my prior posts.

Rapid expansion puts a business in jeopardy.(I should have paid attention in english and spelling classes)

It's easy to see: McCaws thoughts....business needs cash, the going isn't so easy, buildout is taking more time than expected, get our investment back plus and bail, hey, not a bad idea. McCaw sells another business at billions, boy is he successful.

Arnie, do you think McCaw is a long term player, heck, not as long term as you, that's for sure. He is single, this business is a headache and interfering with his personal life. Sell Sell Sell, be a hero, thats what his headache is telling him.

Regards from
Al, who has a bigger headache

why sell for fifty cents when will be worth one or two dollars in a few years?
It will certainly show confidence on McCaw's part if he turns it down.
(I'm still long, although shaky!!!!).
