we know the Brandon admin is lying again...just like with the classified docs "But the difference between past instances and the one from last week, Defense Department officials said, is that those balloons never stayed above U.S. territory for a significant period of time. Brumar, Who cares how the balloon was brought down? I don't. It was brought up by mainstream media (NBCNews, IIRC) as a possible reason why we didn't immediately shoot it down. We supposedly didn't want to reveal our air defense capabilities. But I don't like Trump hiding that there were spy balloons when he was President. That was the mark of a weakling.. So why did the Brandon administration do the exact same thing? Chinese spy balloon crashed off Hawaii coast 4 months ago, US officials say \| Fox News Clearly this isn't just a Trump thing.
