Right now I would think it would be great if SPE could get on the VSE.

ALTERNATE LISITING Actually we thought about a lisitng here and did have some preliminary discussions and as it turns out their listing requirements stipulate minimum capitalisation and earnings and we would not qualify - actaully much stiffer rules than TSE, LSE or VSE - only a small portion of the listed Canadain companies would qualify in any event. Good though however and we might give this additional thought in the future. They are making an attempt to initially at least attract only the blue chip larger companies. Regards John Menzies
