To stop the silence here: Found the web site: children.state.mn.us If anybody is reading this, he can recognize which importent position TASA has concerning the development of a standardized reading test and how this test fits into a whole area of tests. If Clinton really wants to improve school education the very first step is to introduce standard tests to have a measure of the qualification of people and to enable competition between schools. Only my opinion... Ralph
