Close to 200,000 Russian troops have been killed or wounded


200,000 killed OR WOUNDED. I'm not particularly military so don't know the rule of thumb, maybe five (four?) wounded for each kill? That would put killed at around 40K, wounded 160K+.

The Ukrain numbers don't reference wounded but who knows, maybe it's civil war conditions and all wounded die.

Edit: Also don't know what "close to" means.
