Absurd. Even beats the twit I saw on CNBS today who claimed, among other things, that mutual funds were at 9-10% cash levels. That would have been the highest cash levels in years, and, if true, screamingly bullish. Here's the latest: Table 5. Liquid assets of stock mutual funds, percent of total net assets Dec 97 5.2 % from Investment Company Institute. ici.org Needless to say, none of the talking heads questioned him.
