Scott, Miraculously ITG's SEC filings have reappeared in the Edgar database. Note that ITG's address used to be that of ISSM's but now ITG is in Los Angeles. The phone number listed is 310-312-6888. Remember, the president of ITG is the one and only Robert Terry(last listed CEO of ISSM) so you will be talking to the right person. Also, as far as I know ITG is the majority shareholder. If you should make contact I'd be curious as to what you find out. You might also ask about Allen Jones as someone just made an inquiry here about him here. "Are they still operational or defunct?" ISSM was never an operational company. They are and were a shell. If, on the other hand, you are asking about GAD, then I believe that they are defunct. Craig
