Thanks! I saw the home of Augustus and Livia, but didn’t realize there was also a museum there, where you need to have a ticket purchased in advance. Missed it. Will do it - if/when I’m in Rome again.

Ironically, given my last post on history, we are staying just 200 meters or so from the Palatine Hill. A beautiful mix of fact and legend.
I visited Rome in 2009 with my eldest daughter, who was studying in Switzerland. The Palatine Hill was one of my favorites. It awed me to think I was walking on stone paths that had been used by Julius Caesar and other important figures in Ancient Rome.
