MAC . I own it in a taxable account and at the moment I have decent profit in it on top of a better than 6% distribution on my initial purchase. The conference call indicated improvement based on deal already done starting q4 of this year. they may agree on a lease with a company and then the site has to be prepared and that may take a year or more. so I think the company has a fair amount of confidence on how things will play out with new lessees . the question becomes with temporary renters which are now something like 7.5% of the total .It less predictable as to how many leave at end of the year but they said it is usually somewhere between .2% and .6% of the total space leased. There probably will not be a distribution increase in 2023 but it seems likely to me that it will happen in 2024.
