Don't have a track record handy but it's not like all of Hindenburg's reports are giant slayers and 100% reliable over time but occasionally they are and they've caught some big ones over the years and this potentially would be by far the largest.

Similar to MuddyWaters if you've ever heard of them: muddywatersresearch.com

MW had a brilliant report last decade and believe he had spent time in China as an analyst and investor. Anyway he exposed a Canadian (or Canuckistan as I like to call it) listed stock of a purported Chinese Timber company. Turns out they had forests to nowhere. Totally made up.

Some short report outfits are more hit and runs, and the two named above aren't always correct long term. But if they write a negative report on something you own then you owe it to yourself and your portfolio balance to seriously consider what they're saying, even considering that they've vested interests. fwiw.
