An OK story, but its entirely speculation. Or at least all the important parts of it are. It doesn't provide any evidence for anything that isn't already public knowledge most of all it provides not evidence for "the US did it", or for any of its specific claims about how it happened and how the decisions were made and when, except a totally anonymous source which is close enough to no evidence.
